Refund policy

All items are final sale, so we do not offer refunds or returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send you a replacement.

Just email us at magicinkstudioss@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

Once we’ve checked it out, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Please note:

— We can’t replace items damaged after delivery or through normal use

— We don’t offer replacements for sizing issues or change of mind

— Custom or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged
