Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times (after production):
- Canada: 3–5 business days
- United States: 2–5 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
Delays
While we aim to meet these delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, please contact the carrier directly or check with neighbors/local postal services.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at magicinkstudioss@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement if approved.
